Audio Response Teller (ART). Now you can have access to your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All you need is a touch-tone phone, you account number, and the last 4-digits of your social security number. Using ART is convenient, safe, and best of all it’s Free! With ART you can:

Helpful Hints

  1. To escape any option and return to the main menu, press the pound (#) button twice.
  2. For assistance, press 99.
  3. To terminate your call, press 98. Always include dollars and cents when entering monetary amounts, even if zero. For example, $50.00 is entered as 5000# and $135.62 is entered as 13562#. Note that no decimal point is needed and that the numerical entry is always followed by the # button. All monetary transactions will be listed on your next statement.
  4. Please note that all "push button" phones are not touch tone models. If you hear dialing sounds or clicks instead of musical tones when you dial, then you do not have a touch tone telephone. However, if your telephone has a switch option for "pulse" and "tone" dialing, then you may access ART. Simply dial the toll free number (888) 983-2424 while in the normal "pulse" mode, then switch to "tone" to use ART.
  5. ACH refers to Automated Clearing House transactions. These may include automatic deposits and withdrawals that you have set up on your account.
