On Saturday, October 17, 2020, NorthStar Credit Union members voted in favor of merging with NuMark Credit Union. After months of hard work, we are excited to embark on the next phase of this journey – combining our two, strong organizations into one.
What happens next? As we work to bring our organizations together, both the NorthStar and NuMark teams will continue to work hard to keep members informed, make the process as simple as possible, and cause as little disruption as possible.
- On January 1, 2021, we will begin operating for a short transition period as “NorthStar Credit Union, a division of NuMark Credit Union,”. Once the two credit unions have fully integrated, all branches will operate as NuMark Credit Union.
- We are actively working on the integration of our systems, with a goal of having our systems fully integrated by March 1, 2021.
- As March 1, 2021 nears, members will receive a comprehensive merger support guide. This guide will include detailed information regarding any changes to your accounts, important dates, and more.
