Introducing, the All New NSCU Mobile App!

The team at NorthStar is excited to announce the offering of an updated mobile app, available for Apple and Android devices. We’ve listened to our members to improve our mobile banking experience and have created a new app that you will love!

What’s different?

Based on member feedback, we have been working hard to create a completely new app that is clean, simple, and easy-to-use for quick account access anytime, anywhere you need it most.

Here are a few items changing with the new mobile app:

  1. Single-sign on capabilities eliminate the need to remember yet another password
  2. Improved Mobile Check Deposit with "Click Deposit"
    • No separate app needed
    • Same login as It's Me 24/7 home banking
    • Monitor check approval process and deposit history
  3. Quick Transfer capabilities to move money fast when you're on the go

Sounds Great! How do I get the new and improved app?

Watch for the announcement that the new app is live, then simply download “NorthStar Credit Union" from the appropriate app store for your device and delete the old mobile app. All old NorthStar CU and Oak Trust CU mobile apps will discontinued and unsupported as of 12/31/2017, so be sure to upgrade when the new app goes live! Use your It's Me 24/7 login to access your account features.

In order to ease your transition to the new app, the team at NorthStar has developed a “Quick Start” guide to walk you through the process. There is also a mobile quick start & FAQ guide on our website along with on the new mobile app.

Troubleshooting

With the improved functionalities of the new NorthStar app, we wanted to launch it as soon as possible. Should any of the features not function as you anticipate, please let us know by calling 630-393-7201 or by emailing our Member Service department.
